I write on a lot of sites. On some of them, people don’t see any problems with education. Amazingly. On other sites, at the other extreme, people have totally given up hope: the public schools are lousy and will always be that way. As for myself, I’m in the middle. The E-Learning is an effective way for teaching learning process at school
Nowdays,everything should be fast and effective especially in education.To make the education in indonesia be better,it should be supported by E-Learning.The definition E-Learning is system using audio,video and computer wares.Why is E-Learning more communicative?
First,by E-Learning,teacher can easily explain the lesson and the students will beeasy to understand the lesson.Imagine! If teacher explain with the conventional way, teacher should explain all of the materials.When the teacher wants to explain geography lesson about map of Europe, if the teacher should describe about the map. Of course it will not be communicative. And imagine if the teacher uses electronic learning! Teacher can easily show map on the screen and students can easily analyze it. So, if we use electronic learning, it will be more communicative.
Second, it's more interesting for the students because E-Learning is supported by pictures, animations, attractive text, sound and video. Example, in Kinder Garden we know that children need something exciting,so teacher teaches them by exciting way that is E-Learning.When the teacher wants to teach about alphabet,teacher doesn't need to dictate them because it will make students bored. But if teacher uses E-Learning,teacher can show the exciting alphabet like "A" is followed by the picture of ant and it can move from one side to the other side. So, it's more interting than the teacher must dictate the letter and it can motivate them to study harder. So, indonesian education will be more qualified if we apply E-Learning.
As we know that now in education, there are so many changes like manual way to be modern way. Why?? Because if we use modern way,it's more effective for us to study like we use LCD projector in teaching learning process. It's more effective than the teacher should wtite the materials on the board.

And if the teacher should write all of the materials on the board, it's more effective because the teacher doesn't need to write the materials on the board and explain all of the materials.
Then, it's effective of time. Time is so important in teaching learning process because time is know ledge. So,it means that we have to use time effectively. If the teacher must write the materials on the board, it will take one hour for writting but if we use LCD projector, teacher doesn't need to write it and in one hour, teacher can use it to explain the material.So the teacher can use one hour effectively. So is we compare, of course E-Learning is more effective than the teacher should write and explain all materials.
